Ted is a registered patent attorney with degrees in computer science, chemistry, and biology.  Ted’s legal practice focuses on intellectual property, with a focus on patent drafting and prosecution.  Ted has drafted and prosecuted a large number of patent applications across a variety of technological fields, including machine learning, autonomous vehicles, graphical user interfaces, big data, computer security, enterprise content management, and healthcare software, amongst others.  Ted has worked to secure valuable patent rights for a variety of small, medium, and large clients.

Ted earned a B.A. in Chemistry and Biology from Cornell University in 2009, a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2012, and an M.S. in Computer Science in 2016.  In addition to being a member of the Patent Bar, Ted is also a member of the Ohio Bar, as well as an inactive member of both the Florida Bar and the California Bar.
